1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Onelist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Onelist provides an augmented memory system for storing, organizing, and searching personal knowledge. The service includes web and native applications, cloud synchronization, and API access.
3. Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Onelist
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must provide accurate account information
- One person or legal entity per account
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all content you create in Onelist. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Due to end-to-end encryption, we cannot access your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
- Reverse engineer the software (except as permitted by open source license)
- Resell access to the service without authorization
6. Subscription and Billing
- Free tier is available with usage limits
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- You may cancel at any time; access continues through the billing period
- Refunds are provided at our discretion
7. Open Source
Onelist Core is open source under the MIT License. You may self-host the software. The hosted service (onelist.my) is subject to these additional terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Onelist is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
